Student Accommodation
Welcome to our student accommodation page, and a brief description of what we offer.
We are private landlords who offer student accommodation in a house very close to the university campus. Currently we have a 3 bedroom house in Keck Street. Water, gas, electricity, broadband and internet are all included . The house is furnished including washing machine, refrigerator, lounge suite, built in wardrobes, desks, beds (if required), crockery, cutlery, tv and video/dvd player. A bond is required, with two weeks rent in advance and four weeks notice when vacating. No pets and no smoking inside. The house has a gas log fire and refrigerated cooling in the lounge area and is 500 metres from the university. Cost per room is $140 per week. Students (or parents) usually pay their rent direct into our bank account via the internet, on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Pay in books are also available. Don't forget to insure you own personal contents (computers etc.).
